My Child at School Account (MCAS)
At Hillcross we use a cloud-based school management information system called Bromcom.
As the system is cloud-based, we can offer you the ability to interact with the information we hold about your child via the ‘My Child at School’ platform – also referred to as MCAS.
On your child's first day of attendance at our school, you will receive an email inviting you to join. All communication for your child's attendance, trips, extra curricular clubs, lunch bookings, school reports and announcements from the school come through your MCAS account, so it is vital that you sign up as soon as your child joins our school.
MCAS is also available via an app which is suitable for both iOS and Android devices and allows us to contact you with important school messages, share school documents and publish your child’s reports. You will also be able to see the personal information we hold about you and your child; you may update this information, at any time, which helps keep our records up to date. Parents evenings, dinner money and all school payments will also run through MCAS.

New parents to the school will receive an email on their child's first day at school inviting them to set up their MCAS account. Following this email, you should receive another email that will contain a link to set your password:
Once set, you will then receive an email from the MCAS system confirming that your account is set up:
If you have not received an email asking to set your password, please email info@hillcross.merton.sch.uk and enter MCAS in the subject line.

Parents are encouraged to regularly check the details we hold about their child, especially contact details and, where necessary, please submit any changes.
