Cyber Attacks

We have a number of technical tools in place to try to prevent a cyberattack but no protection is 100% fool-proof and technical systems will not protect us completely if someone accidently lets an attacker in. We all need to be aware of the importance of good password selection, checking for phishing attacks and recognising social engineering.  This applies to our families too, and we urge parents/carers to be vigilant themselves.  In trying to learn from when things have gone wrong in other schools, please be particularly careful when scrutinising requests to amend payment procedures.
