English Week

It has been English Week at Hillcross and we have been very busy focusing on the story of the Gingerbread man. The Reception children have been wearing their green creative hats and thinking up new characters and settings which have been voice recorded and made into a Hillcross original and alternative story - see the link on the website! 

The children also made their own gingerbread men (COVID safe and friendly of course!). The week was completed by enjoying their baked gingerbread along with an online story from Lisa Francis - All while wearing Pyjamas!
